Our story

Built by the people who used to call consultants.

We started JM Systems Corp because we kept seeing the same gap: programs led by people who had never run the operating model they were redesigning, or shipped the platform they were recommending.

Today we're a senior team of former CIOs, CTOs, Heads of Data and Heads of Transformation from across asset management, banking, insurance and the technology partners that serve them.

We work in small, partner-led teams, embedded with our clients. We say no to engagements where we're not the right firm. And we measure ourselves by what gets shipped, adopted and sustained.
